This means George c1770 Garrison and family settled in Mason County c1814. Martin Garrison and family shown in 1850 Mason County census.
I forgot to mention that Alexander c1795 Garrison and Martin c1815 Garrison both named sons William H Garrison. Their sons were about 12 years apart, 1834 versus 1846. We have a lot of connections tying George c1770 Garrisons family together.
These boys were probably named after their uncle William (H?) 1803 Garrison.

Martin disappears. Margaret marries Andrew Brown. They and Garrison children show up in 1860 Hamilton County, Ohio census. New daughter, Susan Jennie Brown born c1854 in 1860 census, meaning Margaret marries Andrew c1853 which probably means Martin died.
Mary E Garrison uses step-fathers name in 1870 Campbell County, Kentucky census. Margaret Cheek Garrison Brown dies 13 Mar 1905, Kenton County, Kentucky.
Henry and Martin both “fit 1811-1820” as sons of George c1770 Garrison in the 1820 Mason County census, too young to be on their own. Didn’t recognize Martin until you identified him.
