Notes for Moses Fritter
In 1870, his farm land was valued at $700; and his wife's land at $300. Some of their neighbors were the Clark family and the John H. Fritter family.

Prior to 1886, Moses sold 40 acres of his property to the Clark family, with the stipulation that about 0.9 acres would be reserved for a public burial ground. Complete payment for the property was not made prior to the death of Moses Fritter. A judgement was issued in July 1886 to transfer the Moses Fritter property, including its burying ground, to Mary and Hugh Clark (mother and son).
