In Probate Court, 13 Dec 1861: Martin August 1805 Kurtzweg “signed and sealed” his last will and testament in front of witnesses Anton Fink and F. Binder.

Martin died 31 Aug 1865.

On 5 Mar 1866, the County Court for Buffalo County, State of Wisconsin, affixed its seal, validating the will and issued a “Certificate of Proof of Will”. Probate Files, No 48-75

Martin August 1805 Kurtzweg will:

“I give grant and bequeath to my son Martin August Kurtzweg and his heirs and assigns forever all the following real estate lying and being in the County of Buffalo and State of Wisconsin known as being the (property description)
