There are two John H Millers, both born “1863”, in two different 1900 District of Columbia census. One married Alice Cordella Martin in 1884; this John Henry Miller was in a Gov. Hospital for the Insane in 1900 (widowed) (maybe for loosing his wife, Mary E Jackson). Also, their daughter Mamie is nowhere to be found in 1900.
