Margaret’s birth date taken from Hunter Garrison’s headstone although there is no deceased date. Believe she died after Herman’s birth as Hunter remarried before 1946 and Herman appears to have been sent to Harold Garrison’s (Hunter’s brother) residence in Albemarle County, Virginia. Harold ais identified as Herman’s father when Herman died in 1975; this shows Herman must have been brought up as Harold’s child.
