Note that George’s brother John Tazewell Blandon also married Ann Goodloe, probably the older sister of Sarah Goodloe… circumstantial evidence that Blanton brothers married Goodloe sisters. John and Ann also named children Richard Aquilla Blanton and Sarah Blanton, Richard after John’s fahter and Sarah, probably after her sister, Sarah Goodloe.
