Looking at the 1810 Stafford County Census there is an Elizabeth Garrison identified as head of household… Referencing the JRG2 Memoir and the 1810 census:

I believe the people in this census were:

Elizabeth Ennis Garrison, head of household, Revolutionary War John’s spouse.

Her son William, his spouse and their son who I believe to be Rufus 1802 Garrison (see notes for Rufus)…

Elizabeth, daughter of Rev War John and Elizabeth Ennis, sister of Nancy, James, Moses, John, Jesse and William.

James, Moses, John, and Jesse are separate 1810 census’ head of households, leaving William with their mother on the original family farm.

This points to William, identified in the JRG2 Memoir “staying" on the farm with his small family and mother in 1810. I have no info on Elizabeth other than being identified in the JRG2 Memoir;

This means Rev John died before 1810. Elizabeth Ennis Garrison appears to be in the 1820 census with Rufus 1802 Garrison identified as HOH.

William, identified in the JR2 Memoir, is not named or found in any Stafford County census.

William probably died in the War of 1812-1814; if not, before 1820.
