Fannie Marie Goerlitz, 81, of King George County died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
A native and lifelong resident of King George, she was a member of Round Hill Baptist Church there. She was the widow od Henry Goerlitz.
Survivors include a daughter, Patrica G. Martin of the home; a son, Henry E. Goerlitz of King George; and one grandson.
A funeral was held Sunday, Sept. 10, at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, King George. The Rev. Kenneth Brooks officiated and burial was at Round Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
